How it works



This app is an online self-help tool for people suffering from culture shock. You can begin to use this app as soon as you arrive in London. Begin by setting the start and keep track of how long you have been here.
It enables you to track your feelings, add tags and share them with the world in the most unique and elegant way, and helps you draw your own ‘w’ curve so you can visualize your main problems with culture shock.
There are 3 simple steps:
First, add mood, input your mood from the 15 easy to use faces that range from happy to angry (ecstatic, gleeful, calm, anxious and angry.)
Then, add tags! 7 tags can be selected.
Lastly, you can write your private experiences and the insights in a journal. Of course, venting is welcome as well.
The app will offer you helpful suggestions based on the collective experiences of all mood diary users. As your own stories gather more likes, they will be updated and shared to help others.
